We are equipped with saw regrinding CNC machinery capable of regrinding circular saw blades, both HSS & carbide tipped. Using the highest quality CBN diamond wheels, we grind all cutting faces of saw teeth, allowing for a fresh cutting edge to the blade. Our machine programming is able to grind all tooth forms, making sure we have you covered.

Plate Saws are also ground using precision machinery. Plate Saw setting, hammering & gulletting is also available.

Our surface grinding machine allows us to grind all sizes and specifications of re-grindable planer blades. Angles can be changed upon customer specification based upon hardness of wood & finish required.

Using the best quality diamond wheels, we regrind router cutters & carbide spirals to customer requirements. This includes both HSS & Carbide tipped router as well as HSS & solid carbide spirals.

Before regrinding process, routers are checked for thickness of carbide. They are also examined for chips & cracks in the surface of carbide. During the grinding process, they are accurately ground using designated machinery and after regrinding process diameters are checked and quality checks are carried out before return to the customer.

Both ends and flutes are ground on all spirals. New dimensions are given to customers to allow easy installation to CNC.

Spindle moulder knives are sharpened, altered or manufactured to customer requirements. All knives and limiters are balanced during grinding procedure to ensure true running of mould during customer use.

Any alterations you wish to make to knives can be done on site. CAD drawings can be sent to confirm your dimensions before grinding procedure to ensure reliability.

All soft point hand saws & tenon saws can be sharpened & set. Re-cutting is available for saws which have had teeth broken off, providing the plate of the saw is not too brittle. Setting is also provided to allow smoother cutting & prevent material build up.

All wide bandsaw blades & logging saw blades sharpened using CNC technology. Blades with minor cracks in can be welded. Blades with major cracks or complete snaps can be re-welded and stellite tipped band saws are re-tipped where needed.
