TCT Split Scoring Saw Blade – 125 x (2+12)z – For use with Panel Sizing Blade – 93.1 FZ

Split Scoring saw blade to be used in combination with main panel sizing saw blade. Kerf can be adjusted using inserted shims.

Tungsten carbide tipped split scoring saw blade used in combination with panel sizing saw blade. Maximum height of cut 2mm. Possibility to set up the kerf of the scorer using insertable shims. The kerf of the scoring blade should be approximately 0.3mm wider than the kerf of a panel sizing saw blade.

Saw Blade Bore: 20mm/22mm (Standard*)

Amount of teeth: 12+12z

Tooth Geometry: Flat Top Grind, Positive Hook Angle

Saw Kerf/Plate: 2.8 – 3.6 (mm)

*Please note that blades come as a standard 20mm or 22mm bore with fixation pins unless otherwise stated. Scorers can not be shimmed down or bored out. Please contact us if you have any special requirements.

Blades can be re-sharpened and re-tipped on site. If you do require your blade to be sharpened please contact our office and we can arrange for it to be done.
