HSS TiCN Cold Cut Saw Blade for Stainless – 370 x 2.0 x 32

HSS cold cutting saw to cut medium alloyed steels, stainless steels & other metals. The TiCN coating gives the blade a greater surface hardness for cutting durable metals. Used for cutting solid sections or cutting tubes & profiles.

Factory re-sharpenable.

HSS TiCN coated saw blade used in the cutting of mild & stainless steel. The titanium nitride coating gives the blade a greater surface hardness (2200 – 2400 HV) which allows the blade to work at a cutting & feed speed faster than 50%. Blades run with a very low friction coefficient which allows cutting with an excellent finish.

Blades are best suited to cut: Mild steel, stainless steel (predominantly tubes), aluminium, avional, brass, bronze & copper.

All tooth forms are offered, please see below for tooth forms and applications:

Bw – The standard tooth shape used in pipe cutting

B- To be used for blades with thin thickness (<1,3mm) as an alternative of Bw.

Br – The best tooth shape to cut pipe on automatic machines.

A – The tooth shape used in case of small tooth pitch (T<3mm) or used to cut brass alloy, jewellery and screw slotting.

Aw – Add to the A the bevel that will allow to optimise chip shredding.

HZ – Used for solid cutting or to cut (>3mm) thick pipes.
